• Booking is required at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• The standard voucher is personal, non-transferable and must be used in one booking; its value cannot be split between separate reservations.
• Rescheduling is allowed only because of unsuitable weather conditions and after agreement with the riding base.
• After expiry, the voucher may still be used with a surcharge equal to 30% of its value. No new validity period is granted.
