SERVICE DELIVERY
The advertised services — horse riding, lessons, pony rides, trail rides and other listed activities — are provided on site at Dragalevtsi Horse Riding Base at a pre-booked date and time. No physical goods are delivered unless delivery of a gift voucher has been expressly arranged.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
The primary booking method is the online system at ezdasofia.bg. For rides longer than 120 minutes and for special enquiries, call +359 88 976 0006. A booking is valid after confirmation by the system or the base team.

ARRIVAL AND DELAYS
The service is provided only at the agreed time. If a client is late, the duration may be shortened so that later bookings are not affected.

SAFETY
The base provides the required riding helmet. A short safety briefing is given before the activity. Clients must follow the team's instructions.

INDIVIDUAL USE
A paid riding slot is for one person and cannot be divided between two people.

PAYMENT AND VOUCHERS
Payment is normally made on site in cash or with a previously purchased voucher. A gift voucher can be collected on site or, by explicit arrangement, sent by courier at the recipient's expense.
